1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the eu9 platform and all its members. By registering or using eu9's services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eu9 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of eu9 after any changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on eu9. Providing false information gives eu9 the right to close the account and forfeit any funds held within it.

3 Age Verification

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Eu9 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are beyond eu9's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome bonuses typically require 30x–40x wagering.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Eu9 bonuses must generally be used within 30 days.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once — the same bonus cannot be used more than one time.
• Eu9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on eu9 are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every outcome is completely random and unbiased.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, EU9 will use the last verified result.
• Eu9 is not liable for any bets lost due to an internet disconnection.
• If a technical error affecting game results is detected, eu9 may void or correct the relevant transactions.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technical tools to play games is prohibited.

7 Fraud Prevention & Security

Eu9 takes strict measures to prevent fraudulent activity. The following are strictly prohibited on eu9:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.

• Logging into an account using another person's credentials.

If any of the above violations are detected, eu9 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and reserves the right to pursue legal action.

10 Closing Your Account

Members may request account closure at any time through EU9 Support. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Eu9 reserves the right to close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

11 Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with any decision made by eu9, please contact our Customer Support team first. Describe the issue and provide all relevant details such as transaction ID, date, and amount.

The eu9 support team will provide an initial response to any dispute within 48 hours. Complex disputes may take up to 14 days to resolve. eu9's final decisions are made in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

12 Changes to Terms
